What's included in the Warranty?
PHLIRT PLUS warranty applies to all defects in materials and workmanship. A product that malfunctions under normal use due to such a defect within the ONE YEAR warranty period from the original purchase date will be replaced at no cost. Scope of the PHLIRT PLUS Warranty
PHLIRT PLUS warrants your pleasure object for ONE (1) YEAR, after the original purchase date, against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials that affect the product's function. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Taking the pleasure object apart (or its accessories) will render the warranty invalid. We'll replace your product free of charge for all claims made within the warranty period.
We might ask you to return the product to us under specific circumstances. If we request a return, the product must be sent back with a printout email of our Notice of Return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable
Do you offer a repair service?
For imperative hygienic reasons, our company policy does not permit a product repair service. To ensure we can offer the most effective support, kindly provide the details of your product and the nature of the malfunction. Upon receipt of this information, we will furnish you with relevant troubleshooting guidance and, should your product be eligible, initiate the warranty claim procedure.
Can I return the product?
We regret to learn that your experience did not meet expectations. We manufacture our products to the highest standards; however, individual responses can differ. Due to the intimate nature of our goods and for paramount sanitary reasons, returns are strictly prohibited if the original packaging has been compromised. This measure is a necessary standard to ensure the well-being of our entire community.
Can I refund ?
We don't offer a refund clause, or a satisfaction guarantee, only a refund for unopened items purchased on phlirtplus.com within 14 days of receipt.
